It is part of AI Co-work, an optional $299-per-company monthly add-on that brings together your AI workspace assistant and your customer-calling dispatcher.

AI Dispatcher can handle supported pickup and delivery readiness checks, arrival heads-ups, running-late notices, and customer updates using your dedicated company number. Instead of repeating the same operational questions on every call, authorized staff can start the supported calling workflow and review the result in TruckTA. Imagine a pickup location that needs to confirm a vehicle is ready and provide its receiving hours. Your AI Dispatcher can make that readiness call; your team reviews the result and decides what happens next. This is an illustrative workflow, not a customer testimonial.

One subscription for your whole team

AI Co-work also includes unlimited chat for authorized staff. Ask questions about company information you are permitted to access and use supported TruckTA tasks, with the same permissions and confirmation requirements already in place. There is no monthly Co-work chat allowance or per-message charge. Product questions and approved Help Center answers remain free, so your team can still get help learning TruckTA without adding the paid subscription.

What $299 per company per month includes

The optional AI Co-work subscription costs $299 per company per month, plus applicable taxes. Your TruckTA platform plan is billed separately. Each subscription period includes unlimited Co-work chat, 500 connected AI call minutes, 1,000 SMS segments after messaging approval, one dedicated company number, and standard SMS registration fees. Extra call usage costs $0.30 per minute and extra SMS usage costs $0.03 per segment, subject to your company usage controls. Longer messages may use more than one SMS segment. Review your confirmed billing quote for the amount due, taxes, and any current-period adjustment.

Start with chat, then set up calling and SMS

The company Owner reviews and activates AI Co-work in Settings → Billing and accepts the required Co-work and Dispatcher terms. Once the subscription and required acceptance are verified, chat becomes available. Next, open AI Co-work and complete phone setup using saved company information and any missing details. A number being assigned and being ready to place calls are separate verified steps. SMS registration and approval happen separately on the same number. Pending SMS approval does not block otherwise-ready chat or calling. Billing begins when the paid subscription activates, even while phone or SMS setup is pending; approval times are not guaranteed.

Your team stays in control

AI Dispatcher supports operational shipment conversations. It does not replace your team’s judgment or automatically change load records. Existing role permissions, action confirmations, calling rules, and usage controls still apply. Review results and verify contact details before relying on an update. Your company remains responsible for lawful recipient permission and honoring opt-outs. The launch does not include stored call recordings or transcripts or autonomous inbound AI answering.
