Live Maps shows where each truck is from the TruckTA Driver App on the driver's iPhone or Android: what it is doing, how fast, when it last checked in, and where it has been.
Status at a glance
Know which trucks are rolling, which are parked and which went quiet.
- Trucks group into Moving, Stopped, Parked and Attention, with the unit number, driver and speed or stop time on every row.
- Select a truck for its heading, the time of its last update and a street address looked up for that point.
- No update for 10 minutes moves a truck to Attention, and its last marker stays on the map, flagged.
- Offline and Location off drivers land in Attention too, even with no point to plot.
- Search by driver or truck, fold the groups you are not watching, and let nearby trucks cluster.
Location history
Where the truck went, and when it stopped.
- Select a truck and its past 24 hours load by themselves. Switch to the past hour, 6 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom range.
- The route draws on the map and the timeline shows driving and stopped time. Gaps stay blank instead of being guessed.
- Drag the handle on the timeline to see where the truck was, when, and how fast.
- Up to 30 days of history for your team, and 24 hours for fleet owners.
On the driver's phone
Location from the Driver App, with the driver's consent.
- Location comes from the TruckTA Driver App on iPhone and Android. There is no tracking device to install.
- The driver reads Share your company truck location and agrees before sharing starts, then allows Always and Precise location.
- Sharing follows the truck assignment, not a duty switch. It stops if the driver removes permission, signs out or uninstalls, or when you remove the Driver link or the truck assignment.
- Android shows a notification while sharing runs, and iPhone shows its own location indicators.

On the go
The whole fleet in your pocket.
- On a phone, the map fills the screen: filter with one tap and swipe through Driver cards along the bottom.
- Your team opens Live Maps in any phone browser or in the TruckTA app.
- Fleet owners get a Live Map in their Owner Portal for their own assigned trucks, with 24 hours of history.

TruckTA AI can explain Live Maps and open it for you, but never receives coordinates, routes or history.
