Hire with a signed packet, not a pile of paper.
- Send Driver Qualification Packet in three steps, Driver, Terms and Preview & Send, for a 1099 contractor or a W-2 employee.
- The driver fills it in on a secure link in English, Spanish or Russian and signs electronically. Links expire after 21 days, with reminders.
- It carries the Driver Application, FCRA documents, PSP and Clearinghouse consents, Drug & Alcohol Pre-Qualification, Safety Policy Acknowledgement and Pay Agreement.
- Request corrections, Reject, or Approve and sign, then add the packet to Driver Documents.

Set up
You decide what drivers see and do.
- Invite each driver from Drivers › Driver App. The email has Accept invitation and App Store and Google Play buttons, and the driver signs in with the invited email.
- Choose when loads appear: When dispatched by default, or after the load is marked picked up or delivered.
- Set Load price visibility, from Show every load price to Never show load prices, and whether drivers see their pay summary.
- Workflow actions start off. Turn on Update load status, Upload load photos and documents, Record load collections and the rest as you need them.
- Override any of it per driver: Inherit company default, Enabled for this driver or Disabled for this driver.

Stay current
Their documents stay current without the chasing.
- Drivers upload, scan, photograph and replace their own license, medical card and other documents in the Driver App, and correct the expiration date. The file counts right away.
- It reads Pending review until the office approves the driver upload, and Replace keeps the previous file as Archived.
- Valid, Expiring soon, Expired and Missing expiration are judged on your company's local date, 60 days ahead for medical cards by default.
- MVR reviews track the next annual review, and violations and tickets follow each case to Paid or Dismissed.
On the road
Location sharing drivers agree to.
- The driver reads Share your company truck location and taps Continue before sharing starts, then allows Always and Precise location on the phone.
- Sharing follows the truck assignment, not a duty switch. It stops if the driver removes permission, signs out or uninstalls, or when you remove the Driver link or the truck assignment.
- Android shows a notification while sharing runs, and iPhone shows its own location indicators.
- Your team sees up to 30 days of history, and locations are kept no longer than that. TruckTA AI never reads them.

Pay
Pay drivers can check for themselves.
- Pay each driver by Percentage of gross (per load), Flat fee per delivered load or Flat salary, each rate with its own effective date. Warehouse Local Pay stays separate.
- Weekly settlements: driver pay minus deductions plus adjustments equals net pay, then Save draft, Approve and Mark paid.
- With View driver pay summary on, drivers see Weekly gross and Driver pay est. in My Loads, and their Approved and Paid settlements in the Pay tab, read-only.
- Editing, approving and paying stay with the office. TruckTA records payouts; it never moves money.

The TruckTA Driver App is a free download for iPhone, iPad and Android. Drivers sign in with the account your company invites them to, and everything they see follows your settings.
Loads with every VIN
My Loads groups work by status with problem loads first, pickup and delivery windows, the route, vehicles and VINs, plus Open route and Call next stop.
Notified when loads change
Push notifications tell the driver when a load is ready to pick up, updated or canceled.
Three languages
