About TruckTA

Across more than five years in dispatching and over 10 years operating his own car-hauling company, Vee saw carriers, dispatchers, drivers, and accounting teams struggle with information spread across spreadsheets, text messages, paper documents, and disconnected software.

The same information often had to be entered more than once. Important updates could be missed between the office and the road. Documents were difficult to track, payment status was not always clear, and completing a load did not necessarily mean the work around that load was finished.

We built TruckTA to bring the essential parts of a car-hauling business into one connected workflow—from assigning and transporting a load to collecting documents, managing receivables, recording payments, and preparing settlements.

Our goal is straightforward: give car-hauling companies a clearer, more reliable way to run their operations so their teams can spend less time chasing information and more time moving vehicles and growing the business.

He created TruckTA after seeing the operational challenges car-hauling companies face every day.

His industry experience shaped TruckTA around the real work of car hauling: coordinating loads, keeping dispatchers and drivers connected, managing equipment and documents, tracking receivables and payments, and completing accurate settlements.

TruckTA reflects a practical belief that the systems behind a car-hauling company should make the work easier to understand, coordinate, and complete.
