What is TruckTA?
TruckTA is software for car-hauling and freight companies. It brings dispatch, drivers, trucks and trailers, documents, finances, and compliance into one connected platform.
Can my team use TruckTA on a phone?
Yes. Owners and dispatchers can access their authorized workspace from the mobile app. Drivers have a dedicated workspace for assigned loads, progress updates, documents, and available pay information. TruckTA also works in a web browser.
Does everyone see the same information?
No. Company roles, permissions, and settings determine what each person can see and do. Drivers see their authorized driver information, while owner-fleet users have access to their permitted fleet records.
Are all features included with every account?
Availability depends on your plan, company settings, connected services, and app version. Some AI features require the AI Co-work add-on, and calling and messaging require setup and applicable approvals. Visit pricing for current plan details.
