01 · Start
Start today, on sample loads.
- Sign up with your work email, your company and your truck count. The first 2 months (60 days) are free, and there's no card to enter.
- Your workspace opens with sample records to try: Demo Driver, truck DEMO-1 and three loads, one New, one Dispatched and one Picked Up. Delete them whenever you're ready.
- The Welcome window shows where to start: Company profile, Drivers, Equipment and Loads.
- There's no setup wizard to finish, and you don't need to invite anyone before you start.
02 · Bring what you have
Your spreadsheets move in with you.
- Import from CSV brings in Drivers, Equipment, Loads and Accidents, with sample files for drivers, loads and accidents.
- Columns are matched for you. A TruckTA export maps itself, and Price, Total Price or Carrier Pay land on Payment Amount.
- Loads can keep existing data, overwrite matching loads, or make the CSV the source of truth from a chosen pickup date, and can create missing drivers and brokers as they come in.
- Rows that can't be imported, such as a row with no Load ID, are listed with the reason, and Download Not Imported Rows CSV hands them back to fix.
- An Airtable base with drivers, equipment, accidents and violations comes over with its photos, documents and custom fields.

03 · Plans
Pay for trucks, not for people.
- Starter covers 1–2 active trucks, Growth 3–7 and Fleet 8–20, and from 21 trucks Enterprise pricing comes from our team.
- 2 months free, then 50% off your plan for your first 12 paid months.
- Trailers, drivers and office users don't count, and there are no per-user or per-driver fees.
- Every plan includes the full platform, from the Active Board and Driver App to finance, documents and TruckTA AI, with a monthly AI allowance that grows with your plan.
- Settings › Billing shows how your trucks fit your plan, and TruckTA never changes it on its own. During your free months a new plan applies right away; once you're paying, a larger plan starts at your next renewal.

04 · You still drive
Run the company and still drive the truck.
- In Settings › Users, Edit access on your driver record links your own login to it, even an Owner's.
- The TruckTA app opens your Staff workspace to run the company; Switch workspace opens Choose workspace, where the Driver workspace runs your loads.
- Assign loads to yourself like any other driver, then Mark picked up and Mark delivered from the road.
- Switch back and forth without signing out: from Other in the Staff workspace, or from More › Account, help, and sign out in the Driver workspace.
- When you hire, each new driver gets the Driver App free with their invitation.

While you're small
Help that doesn't cost extra.
A small fleet has no one to spare for training or setup. These come with the account, and the calculators don't even need one. Car-hauling carriers shows the whole company account.

Fleet covers 8–20 trucks for $100 a month during launch pricing, then $200. From 21 trucks, Enterprise pricing comes from our team. Launch pricing is your first 12 paid months, after 2 free months.
Yes. A new workspace opens with sample records: Demo Driver, truck DEMO-1 and three loads, one New, one Dispatched and one Picked Up. Try dispatching and updating them, then delete them from Loads, Drivers and Equipment when you're ready. The demo truck counts as an active truck until you delete it.
Use Import from CSV in Settings for drivers, equipment, loads and accidents. TruckTA matches your columns, shows a preview before anything is saved and lists any row it can't import with the reason, so you can fix it and import again. Airtable bases connect directly.
Yes. Link your own login to your driver record with Edit access in Settings › Users, including an Owner's login. The TruckTA app opens your Staff workspace to run the company, and Switch workspace takes you to the Driver workspace to run your loads and back again without signing out.
No. Plans are sized by active trucks only: a truck in Equipment with the Active status that isn't archived. Trailers, drivers and office users don't count, and the Driver App is free for your drivers.
Settings › Billing shows how your active trucks fit your plan and recommends one. Going over your plan's truck range only brings a reminder: TruckTA doesn't stop you adding trucks over it and never changes your plan on its own. Choose a larger plan there; during your free months it applies right away, and once you're paying it starts at your next renewal.
