CSV import
Move the whole spreadsheet in, one preview at a time.
- Import drivers, equipment, loads and accidents from CSV, starting from a sample file for drivers, loads or accidents.
- Columns match automatically. A TruckTA export finds its destination by itself, and any other file switches to the destination that matches at least three columns.
- Loads get a preview that is checked again right before the import runs.
- Choose Do Not Overwrite Data, Overwrite Matching Data or Replace Full Data, and how duplicate Load IDs are handled.
- In a loads file, rows with errors are skipped with the reason. Download Not Imported Rows CSV, fix them and import them again.
- A loads file can add missing partners, drivers and load settings when your permissions allow.

Load Opportunities
Load alerts out of the inbox, onto one shared list.
- Connect up to three mailboxes that receive load alerts: Gmail, Outlook or other email over IMAP, all read-only.
- Each alert with a listing ID, pickup and delivery becomes an opportunity in New, Contacted or Dismissed.
- A Fits chip suggests drivers whose remaining stops are near the pickup and delivery.
- It never books a load, and the raw email is not stored.

Yes. With TruckTA Load Importer for Chrome open on a Central Dispatch load page, you preview that one load, TruckTA checks for a duplicate, and it becomes an unassigned load. The extension never imports in bulk or books loads.
Yes. Every company can connect Super Dispatch in Settings > Data & integrations > Integrations > Super Dispatch. An owner or admin enters your own Super Dispatch API credentials, billed by Super Dispatch. Orders, statuses, driver assignments and signed BOLs come into TruckTA from the first sync. After you preview and activate synchronization and turn on sending, TruckTA changes go back too. The Chrome extension also brings in single loads from Super Dispatch carrier pages.
