- Product answers come from approved TruckTA Help, verified feature definitions and published tutorials, with up to three source cards.
- When nothing approved covers a question, it says it could not confirm the answer instead of making up steps.
- It follows your TruckTA language: English, Español or Русский.
- It stays on TruckTA. Unrelated chat is declined.

- Find loads by driver, date, status, origin or destination state, and problem or overdue loads, then open the exact filtered Loads view.
