1. Company authorization
The company Owner accepts these terms on behalf of the company and its authorized users. The Owner must separately accept the current AI Dispatcher terms. TruckTA records the company, accepting account, policy version, and acceptance time. Existing current Dispatcher acceptance does not need to be repeated merely because AI Communications is renamed AI Co-work.
2. Co-work chat
AI Co-work provides authorized staff with assistance using supported TruckTA features and company information they are permitted to access. Subscription access does not expand permissions, enable unsupported actions, or remove existing confirmation requirements.
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Users remain responsible for reviewing results and changes requiring approval. TruckTA and its service providers process information needed to provide these features under the Privacy Policy.
The subscription includes unlimited Co-work chat without a monthly chat allowance or per-message charge. Technical service limits, security protections, and abuse prevention remain. Document extraction, imports, and other AI features retain their existing packaging. Product questions and approved Help Center answers remain available without a paid Co-work subscription.
3. AI Dispatcher
AI Dispatcher includes existing supported operational shipment calls and, after separate registration and activation, SMS messaging. The Outbound AI Voice Terms, existing call-purpose restrictions, recipient selection requirements, calling-time rules, opt-outs, and human review requirements remain in effect.
The company is responsible for lawful recipient permission and consent, accurate contact details, required notices, and honoring requests to stop. Company acceptance of terms does not constitute recipient consent. This package does not enable additional recording or transcript retention.
4. Subscription and usage
AI Co-work costs $299 per company per month, plus applicable taxes. Each subscription period includes unlimited Co-work chat, 500 connected AI call minutes, 1,000 SMS segments, one dedicated number, and standard SMS registration fees. Your TruckTA platform plan is separate and remains on your existing billing account.
Extra call usage is $0.30 per minute and extra SMS usage is $0.03 per segment under the existing extra-usage controls and company limits. Long messages may use multiple SMS segments. Your confirmed billing quote governs the amount due, taxes, and any adjustment for the current period.
Billing begins when the paid Co-work entitlement activates. Number provisioning or pending SMS approval does not defer subscription billing. The subscription renews monthly. Existing cancellation terms govern remaining paid access and future renewals; canceling Co-work does not cancel the platform plan or delete company records.
5. Separate activation
Co-work chat becomes available after required acceptance and verified subscription activation. For an existing paid TruckTA platform subscription, access may begin before Stripe collects the prorated Co-work invoice. Early activation of a platform trial requires a verified paid invoice. Existing payment-failure, grace-period, and access rules continue to apply. Getting a number is an optional next step using saved company information and any missing required details. Number assignment and readiness to call are separate verified states.
SMS registration is a later step using the same number. Required checks, inventory, provider processing, and carrier approval can affect availability. No approval time is guaranteed. Pending or rejected SMS registration does not disable otherwise-ready chat or calls.
6. Phone setup protection
If TruckTA confirms it cannot provide a usable number and outbound calling, the company may cancel AI Co-work and receive a refund of its first-month Co-work payment through Billing support. Ordinary review delays or pending SMS approval do not qualify. The refund is based on the actual original payment and applicable tax; it does not refund or cancel the separate platform plan.
7. Existing agreements
These supplemental terms do not change existing operational permissions, payment confirmation requirements, data retention settings, or the Privacy Policy. The full Terms of Use continue to apply. Material changes require the notice and acceptance applicable to the updated policy.
