Lease on owner-operators and small fleets with dated truck assignments, settle them with the charges you agreed on, and give each owner a portal that shows their own trucks and nothing else.
Lease a truck on in a minute. Keep its history for good.
- Add an owner fleet with its owner type: Owner-Operator, Small Fleet Owner, Lease-On Owner, Company-Owned, Dispatch-Only or Other.
- Assign trucks and trailers from an assignment start date, and unassign with an end date. Ended assignments stay saved for reporting.
- A unit belongs to one owner fleet at a time. A second assignment is blocked until the first one ends.
- Drivers are never added by hand. Assigned Drivers fill in from who holds the fleet's trucks, and since when.
One person, two jobs, one login.
- Set up owner-operator access sends one invitation for the Driver App and the Owner Portal, on one personal login.
- In the TruckTA app they drive from My Loads, then Switch workspace to check their own trucks, loads and statements.
- Either access can be changed later without deleting the person: Disable access for the Driver App, Revoke for the Owner Portal.
- Their truck's loads and settlements follow the assignment dates, not a spreadsheet.

The charges you agreed on, on every statement.
- Gross − Driver pay − Deductions + Adjustments = Net to owner, from the loads the fleet's trucks delivered.
- Each load is matched by who drove which truck, and which fleet held it, on its delivery date.
- Recurring rules for dispatch fees, insurance, trailer rent, ELD and more: a fixed amount, a percentage of gross or per load, weekly, every two weeks, monthly or with each settlement, for the whole fleet or one truck or trailer.
- Save draft freezes the numbers, then Approve and Mark paid. Approved periods lock, so corrections go into the next one.

Owners check their own numbers, any time.
- Overview: assigned trucks, trailers and drivers, saved settlements and a fleet contact card.
- Loads by truck and week with vehicles, gross and driver pay, read-only. You decide whether owners see a load as soon as it is assigned, after pickup or after delivery.
- Drivers and equipment on Active and Inactive tabs, marked Expired, Due today, days left or Valid, plus Data Health for what is missing.
- A Live Map of the fleet's currently assigned trucks, with 24 hours of history.
- Works in a desktop or phone browser and in the TruckTA app, with the same login.

Invite Owner User by email, or use Copy invite link and send it yourself. Then decide who reads, who uploads and who edits.
Scoped on the server
Every Owner Portal request is limited to the owner's current fleet membership and the fleet's assignment dates. Other fleets and company-owned trucks never appear.
Four roles, three levels
Invite people as Fleet Owner, Owner Staff, Accountant or Viewer. In the portal that is Manager, Uploader or Viewer: Managers edit safety records, Uploaders manage documents, the rest read.
Uploads that count right away
An owner's upload counts at once. Your team sees Owner review pending and clicks Approve owner update to acknowledge it.
Reviewed every 90 days
Each owner membership shows Review due 90 days after its last change or review, and access can be revoked or reactivated at any time.
Several fleets, one login
A fleet can have several owner users, and a person who belongs to several fleets chooses between them in the portal.
Every document view logged
Each document an owner views or downloads is written to the audit log first. If it cannot be logged, it is not shown.
