Delete Your TruckTA Account

TruckTA users can request deletion of their app account and associated personal information. Signed-in iOS and Android users should use Account → Delete account in the app. If you cannot sign in, use the privacy-request form on this website or email the address below.

Deleting an account is different from signing out, uninstalling the app, disabling notifications, or temporarily deactivating access.

What happens

• TruckTA verifies your identity and the account or company relationship.
• If you are the last active company Owner, you must transfer ownership or request deletion of the company account.
• TruckTA may coordinate with the customer company for company-controlled driver, employment, load, document, or regulatory records.
• An approved deletion uses a seven-day cancelable safety hold before irreversible deletion.
• TruckTA deletes or de-identifies account information that it is not legally required or permitted to retain.
• Required audit, security, transaction, employment, trucking, tax, insurance, litigation-hold, or customer-controlled records may be retained with access restricted.
• Protected backups age out through normal backup rotation and are not returned to ordinary use.

Request without the app

Go to /privacy-requests and choose Account deletion. Use the email connected to the TruckTA account. TruckTA will require verification before processing the request.

If the web form is unavailable, email privacy@truckta.com with the subject “TruckTA account deletion request.” Do not include a password, authentication token, raw location history, identity document, or private driver file.

Cancel a pending request

Before irreversible deletion begins, a signed-in user may cancel from the same Account settings area, or reply to the request confirmation. After deletion is completed, the account and deleted information cannot be restored.
