Secure request form
Do not enter passwords, government IDs, financial details, raw coordinates, or private documents.
You may ask TruckTA to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or explain personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where applicable, or appeal a prior privacy decision. Available rights depend on your location, relationship to a TruckTA customer, and applicable law.
Use the secure form on this page. If the form is unavailable, email privacy@truckta.com with the subject “TruckTA privacy request.” Use the email connected to your TruckTA account when possible.
Include only
- Your name and account email.
- Your company or carrier name, if applicable.
- The request type: access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or appeal.
- A short description of the information or issue.
Do not email
- Passwords, authentication tokens, or recovery codes.
- Social Security, tax, bank, card, or complete driver-license numbers.
- Raw location coordinates or a full location-history export.
- Private driver, load, medical, employment, or identity documents.
Verification and response
TruckTA verifies identity and authority before disclosing, changing, or deleting information. We may ask you to sign in or confirm control of your account email. Authorized-agent requests require proof of authority where allowed.
When TruckTA processes information for a customer company, we may send the request to that company or work with it. We respond within the time required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request where an exemption applies and will explain available appeal rights when required.
Location requests
For a TruckTA Drive request, identify the company and approximate date range. Do not send raw coordinates by email. Raw and derived location is currently retained for no more than 30 days, so older data may no longer exist.
