TruckTA uses the service providers below to operate the Services. A provider receives only the information reasonably needed for its service and is subject to contractual, confidentiality, security, and purpose-limitation requirements that require the same or equal protection described in TruckTA's Privacy Policy and required by applicable app-store rules. Availability and processing location may depend on the customer's configuration and the provider's infrastructure.
An optional provider processes customer information only when the related feature is enabled or selected.
Core providers
- Supabase, Inc. — database, authentication, private file storage, and realtime infrastructure.
- Vercel Inc. — website and API hosting, deployment, server functions, edge delivery, and durable workflows.
- Expo / 650 Industries, Inc. — mobile app build and update infrastructure and push-notification delivery when enabled.
- Resend, Inc. — transactional and support email delivery.
Location and device providers
- Google LLC / Google Cloud — map display and geocoding, Android managed-device services, and protected location-telemetry delivery when TruckTA Drive is enabled.
- Apple Inc. — iOS app distribution, operating-system location services, and Apple platform services selected by the user.
- Google LLC / Google Play — Android app distribution, operating-system location services, and Google platform services selected by the user.
Business and security providers
- Stripe, Inc. — optional web subscription and billing processing. TruckTA mobile apps do not use in-app purchases.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — optional Turnstile abuse-prevention challenge for public signup or demo access.
- Google LLC / Google Analytics — optional, consent-controlled measurement of the public production website. Advertising features, form contents, search text, authenticated product data, and sensitive operational data are excluded.
- PostHog, Inc. — optional, separately consent-controlled product analytics for the authenticated production staff workspace. Only allowlisted event names; stable module, app-surface, navigation, feature, action, UI-surface, and coarse-outcome identifiers; broad role category; application language; and opaque browser and company identifiers are sent. TruckTA user identifiers and PostHog person profiles are excluded. The opaque company identifier may be used as a company group without company display names or group properties. Client IP data is discarded; raw URLs and queries, text, input values, record or operational content, heatmaps, autocapture, and session replay are excluded.
- Airtable, Inc. — optional customer-authorized import integration.
- Nylas, Inc. — optional connected-mailbox authentication and email delivery for Load Opportunities. Nylas processes mailbox identity and email data from connected Gmail, Outlook, and IMAP accounts so TruckTA can extract load notifications for the authorized company.
- OpenAI — optional server-side TruckTA AI product assistance, address parsing, and customer-requested onboarding-language translation when those features are configured. TruckTA sends only the bounded information needed for the requested feature.
Public information sources
TruckTA may retrieve public carrier and safety information from U.S. Department of Transportation / FMCSA and Data.gov or Socrata-hosted public datasets. These sources generally provide information to TruckTA rather than process TruckTA customer data, except for the search term or identifier needed to complete a requested lookup.
Provider changes
TruckTA may add, replace, or remove providers as the Services change. Material changes affecting customer personal information will be posted here and communicated when a contract or applicable law requires advance notice.
