- Spots Today estimates open pickup spots for today and tomorrow from trailer capacity, vehicles on board, delivery openings and who is working.
- Assign with the + or a drag. Loads recommended for that driver come first.
- Warnings, not walls: from the + Assign window, over capacity, Not working or a missing date asks for confirmation and never blocks the assignment.
- Teammates' changes appear without a refresh, and nothing is ever booked automatically.

From a load's pickup, delivery or customer contact card, choose Call with AI, pick a reason such as Check the vehicle is ready or Driver on the way, choose what the AI should ask, review the call and place it. The AI calls from a dedicated number set up for your company, navigates phone menus, waits on hold and never leaves a voicemail. If the person asks for someone, the call transfers to you. Afterwards the load's contact card shows what the AI learned, including anything it could not get answered. TruckTA does not keep call recordings or full transcripts.

TruckTA Load Importer for Chrome brings one reviewed load at a time from Central Dispatch and Super Dispatch pages, every company can connect Super Dispatch with its own API access, Smart Load Import reads rate confirmations, and CSV imports bring in loads, drivers and equipment with a preview first.
No. Co-work chat proposes assignments and the Active Board recommends loads, but every assignment waits for a person to confirm, and nothing is ever booked automatically.
